New products, such as Techdisc and Top Catcher, have a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Always contact our customer service either by phone or e-mail at info@topdisc.fi, and we will take care of warranty matters in the best possible way.
We accept the most common payment methods, such as bank and credit cards, online bank payments and mobile payment methods, such as MobilePay, as well as partial payments via Klarna. We also use Google and Apple Pay.
New products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as they are unused and in the original packaging (ps discs that are naturally sold without packaging). Contact our customer service for return instructions.
If the product is returned due to Topdisc's error or a damaged product, we will pay the full amount to the customer's account, otherwise postage will be deducted from the amount.

TopDisc always strives to offer the best possible service to its customers. Sometimes, however, mistakes can happen to the order and we want to make sure that our complaint process is easy and fast.

Customs and import fees If your order is delivered to the EU
outside, the buyer is responsible for possible customs and import fees. All our shipments leave from Finland, and we indicate the total amount including delivery costs as the value of the order.
If you want to cancel your order before it is sent, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the order has already been mailed, we follow the return conditions. After cancellation, the product must be returned to us within 14 days.
